The referee ignored Bograngen's protests and gave Paul Biörk a yellow card for diving instead. Per Henriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christian Håkansson came out and tried to block the shot, but Per Henriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Johan Engman made in the 9th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mark Smed immediately put the ball in play. In the 11th minute Per Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bograngen's Christian Håkansson got control of the ball when Rickard Göransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goalkeeper Christian Håkansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per Henriksson. Claes Bjurström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Christian Håkansson 18 minutes into the match. The Bograngen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Håkansson should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute Sören Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Håkansson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 8-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 88thth minute of the game Trần Qvick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin's Roger Stenquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bograngen's Christian Håkansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Fredriksson in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Rickard Göransson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Håkansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mesopotamia Beth-Nahrin had played much better football throughout.
