Spectators: 8441 (Terracing: 6332, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Santxol started the match with the kick off. Victor Santxol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torbjörn Stephansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Torbjörn Stephansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Santxol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Assyriska-Syrianska got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Hedling. In the 20th minute, Victor Santxol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torbjörn Stephansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Torbjörn Stephansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Santxol's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute Per Örtendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Victor Santxol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Torbjörn Stephansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute, Victor Santxol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Surahammar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per Örtendal made a kick off. Carl Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Hedling in the 52nd minute of the match. Torbjörn Stephansson made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Victor Santxol sent off a good shot on target. Surahammar made a substitution. André Pettersson replaced Victor Santxol. A sloppy throw-in by Yngve Walmarsson in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Surahammar's Vincent Benett. Surahammar's Vincent Benett quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Yngve Walmarsson, made in the 65th minute of the game. Torbjörn Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game André Pettersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Assyriska-Syrianska's Torbjörn Stephansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led to Surahammar's Virgil Van Dijk getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Carl Engström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Ahlstedt in the 75th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Assyriska-Syrianska's goalkeeper Torbjörn Stephansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Pettersson. Torbjörn Stephansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Benett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute of the match Surahammar got a corner. Assyriska-Syrianska's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristiano Osman ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Surahammar's corner Cristiano Osman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Torbjörn Stephansson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 95th minute, Zlatan Lion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Surahammar played a much better game than Assyriska-Syrianska and deserved their victory. The Assyriska-Syrianska players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
