Maksymilian Basaik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Greg Ør read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Böthkenwalde SA got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Czarnecki. Konotopa's Gustaw Beninda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Konotopa from getting a goal against them. When Zygmunt Napierkowski came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Böthkenwalde SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zygmunt Napierkowski couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Böthkenwalde SA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Czeslaw Czarnecki hit a great ball. Florian Grocholskis short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Gustaw Beninda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 39th minute Zygmunt Napierkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Beninda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Konotopa's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Napierkowski came free, but Gustaw Beninda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Beninda made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Florian Grocholski sent off a good shot on target. In the 45thth minute of the game Bogdan Gozdowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Böthkenwalde SA's Greg Ør was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 minutes, Zygmunt Napierkowski made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Konotopa's Gustaw Beninda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Konotopa's Maksymilian Basaik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Greg Ør narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florian Grocholski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wlodzimierz Barna hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Napierkowski in the 71st minute of play forced Konotopa's goalkeeper Gustaw Beninda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Barna charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wlodzimierz Barna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Grocholski in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Beninda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zygmunt Napierkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gustaw Beninda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Konotopa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Drugi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Florian Grocholski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Böthkenwalde SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Grocholski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Florian Grocholski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustaw Beninda was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Gustaw Beninda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Napierkowski in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Böthkenwalde SA's Florian Grocholski made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaw Beninda was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Böthkenwalde SA fully deserved thier win.
