In the 27th minute Krzysztof Lech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Kaznocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Liverbird FCC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Cichowski came free, but Bartlomiej Klimkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Krzysztof Lech to strike the kick off in the second half. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Lech in the 88th minute of play forced Metropolia Otówko's goalkeeper Aureliusz Kaznocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Metropolia Otówko fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Zbigniew Dulka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liverbird FCC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
