Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Johan Torbjørnsen started the match with the kick off. Tore Vonheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Stolnicu in the 5th minute of play. Tommy Kjerstad kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Geir Jespersen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tore Vonheim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tore Vonheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Moholt in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Benjamin Moholt made a precise shot to the right of Tore Vonheim. Bruvoll Grønn FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tore Vonheim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Dahlberg in the 15th minute of play. Rune Dahlberg scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tore Vonheim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tore Vonheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Moholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the game, Breakdown Squad's Aurelian Stolnicu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tore Vonheim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 27 minutes into the match, Aurelian Stolnicu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tore Vonheim. Bruvoll Grønn FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelian Stolnicu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Aurelian Stolnicu sped through Bruvoll Grønn FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tore Vonheim. In the 33rd match minute, Bruvoll Grønn FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atle Sørhaug to maneuver through the defense. Geir Jespersen kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Aurelian Stolnicu scored 0-7 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tore Vonheim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tore Vonheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Moholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Rune Dahlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Breakdown Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelian Stolnicu to make the kick off. The supporters of Breakdown Squad booed when Bruvoll Grønn FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Kjerstad didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute, Aurelian Stolnicu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tore Vonheim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Tore Vonheim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelian Stolnicu in the 55th minute. Jan-Aage Baumann hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Geir Jespersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Vonheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Aage Baumann kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Tore Vonheim came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Breakdown Squad's Geir Jespersen. But to his dismay, Geir Jespersen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Bruvoll Grønn FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rune Dahlberg 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-11. A collision led to Bruvoll Grønn FK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Atle Sørhaug hit a great ball. If Geir Jespersen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Aurelian Stolnicu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tore Vonheim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. In the 79th minute, Aurelian Stolnicu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tore Vonheim. The goal made the score 0-13. 83 minutes into the match, Johan Torbjørnsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Liverød. Breakdown Squad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johan Torbjørnsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-13. Tore Vonheim came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Breakdown Squad's Geir Jespersen. But to his dismay, Geir Jespersen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-14. In the 90th minute Aurelian Stolnicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Vonheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Moholt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-15 in the 91st playminute. After a rather tough play, Bruvoll Grønn FK's Emil Folgerø got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Benjamin Moholt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tore Vonheim. Bruvoll Grønn FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Moholt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-16. Breakdown Squad's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
