The throw-in from Fabian Eliazar in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Nerd Herd's Rab 谢霆锋. Enzo Noce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor-Egil Sollien in the 8th minute of play. After 8 minutes of play, Vebbestad's Tor-Egil Sollien made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enzo Noce was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Jan-Kenneth Skog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Nerd Herd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vebbestad the free kick. Jan-Kenneth Skog hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enzo Noce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Lu Xi Le recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Odd-Eirik Kronstad. Lu Xi Le showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 26th minute Tor-Egil Sollien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Vebbestad got a corner. The Nerd Herd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tor-Egil Sollien ran over to the corner to take the kick. 33 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Asimov came free, but Enzo Noce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Nerd Herd's Enzo Noce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Asimov in the 34th minute of play. Fidel Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a little luck, Vebbestad's Odd-Eirik Kronstad got control of the ball when Lu Xi Le tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Asimov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enzo Noce made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Isaac Asimov sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Noce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Asimov in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute Isaac Asimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enzo Noce. Enzo Noce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Vebbestad made a substitution. Cent Husabø replaced Bengt-Arne Chaadaev. In the 78th minute, The Nerd Herd's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isaac Asimov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Vebbestad's Fidel Rami got a free kick in the 80th minute. The Nerd Herd's Odysseas Lagidis got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes Vebbestad got a freekick which was hit by Bertel Kaupang. Lu Xi Le received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Odd-Eirik Kronstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Tor-Egil Sollien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vebbestad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tor-Egil Sollien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingvar Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Odysseas Lagidis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Odd-Eirik Kronstad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Vebbestad supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vebbestad would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
