Henk Veerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Tjeerd Zwaanswijk made a huge save. In the 6th minute, SV Balverliefd's Henk Veerman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Henk Veerman sent off a good shot on target. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henk Veerman in the 13th minute. SV Balverliefd's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emiliano Caiola in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Caiola. After a rather tough play, FCF north's Anísio Lucas got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henk Veerman in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tjeerd Zwaanswijk saved FCF north from getting behind. 28 minutes into the game, Henk Veerman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melker Gudmundsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Anísio Lucas hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roderick van Boxel in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henk Veerman in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tjeerd Zwaanswijk prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henk Veerman to make the kick off. Henk Veerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind FCF north's goalkeeper Tjeerd Zwaanswijk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henk Veerman took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tjeerd Zwaanswijk. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henk Veerman's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute Roderick van Boxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henk Veerman took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tjeerd Zwaanswijk. Tjeerd Zwaanswijk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. SV Balverliefd's Emiliano Caiola got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yorrick Zoethout was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Roderick van Boxel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roderick van Boxel really showed his touch with that goal: 8-2.
