Bagamér's Ádám Irmai got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 16 minutes, Vencel Irmai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bagamér's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vencel Irmai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zoltán Pataki fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Football Fanatics's protests and gave Zoltán Pataki a yellow card for diving instead. József Hollósi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ottó Csank having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ádám Irmai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Football Fanatics succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Bagamér had controlled the match.
