The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Roland Sági shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Cihannur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tamás Varsányi took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aybars Cihannur. Aybars Cihannur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 15th minute Albert Puskás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David De Gea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Albert Puskás made a precise shot to the right of David De Gea. Dombiratosi Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Aybars Cihannur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Sági, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Roland Sági reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aybars Cihannur. The goal made the score 2-1. Roland Sági's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Aybars Cihannur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Vérsárkány SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nimród Tálas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aybars Cihannur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Sági in the 40th minute. Vérsárkány SE's Nimród Tálas got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vérsárkány SE's Aybars Cihannur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Vérsárkány SE from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dombiratosi Football Club's Mátyás Csonka was substituted for István Seres. 54 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Varsányi came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nimród Tálas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling György Gerencsér in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Cihannur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aybars Cihannur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Gerencsér in the 61st minute of the match. Vérsárkány SE's Aybars Cihannur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Gerencsér in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 75th minute of play forced Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Sági came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Sági in the 77th minute of play forced Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Dombiratosi Football Club's David De Gea got control of the ball when Nimród Tálas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albert Puskás struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. David De Gea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vérsárkány SE. Csongor Tálas charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Csongor Tálas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Csongor Tálas hit a great ball. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Vérsárkány SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Kun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match György Gerencsér shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aybars Cihannur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When András Horváth fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dombiratosi Football Club's protests and gave András Horváth a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nimród Tálas got free with David De Gea in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dombiratosi Football Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
