The supporters of FC Henter Somosd booed when FC Olad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félix Kozák didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Olad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alvaro Koldo was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Henter Somosd's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tamás Antal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Botond Détári quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, FC Olad's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Antal came free, but Botond Détári reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute of the match FC Henter Somosd got a corner. FC Olad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alvaro Koldo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to FC Henter Somosd's Arnd Schade getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to FC Henter Somosd getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Frank Mees hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Henter Somosd booed when FC Olad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lénárd Kaiser didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's Alvaro Koldo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Mees in the 80th minute of play forced FC Olad's goalkeeper Botond Détári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Henter Somosd's Gábor Király got control of the ball when Aladár Takács tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gábor Király took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aladár Takács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lóránt Vörös might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gábor Király. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lóránt Vörös ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Henter Somosd's Gábor Király played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lóránt Vörös in the 91st minute of play. If Frank Mees had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo McMillan got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to FC Henter Somosd getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gerardo McMillan hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Henter Somosd's Kristóf Szőllőssy got a free kick in the 96th minute.
