Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Hagenbuch in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calistrat Busuioc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Hagenbuch came free, but Calistrat Busuioc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC Thierachern's Stefan Lyle got control of the ball when Alekos Livas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 23 minutes FC Thierachern's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldemar Bryholt who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Waldemar Bryholt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Thierachern's Stefan Lyle did a great save. Alekos Livas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Stefan Lyle made a huge save. Stefan Lyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Kosiorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes FC Thierachern got a freekick which was hit by Yannick Herzog. In the 32nd minute, Waldemar Bryholt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pavel Ghițescu in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Stefan Lyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Kosiorek in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

FC Rägi's players were relieved. Stefan Lyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alekos Livas in the 62nd minute of the match. FC Rägi's Jakub Penc got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Jakub Penc off the ground. A collision led to FC Rägi getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. FC Rägi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Thierachern the free kick. Alekos Livas kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Kosiorek in the 77th minute of play forced FC Thierachern's goalkeeper Stefan Lyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, FC Thierachern's goal looked a bit too open when Wilbur Charette came free, but Stefan Lyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo Hagenbuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Busuioc having to interfere. Calistrat Busuioc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Hagenbuch in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Hagenbuch in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Calistrat Busuioc saved FC Rägi from getting behind. In the 95th match minute, FC Thierachern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Ghițescu to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Lorenzo Hagenbuch put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Calistrat Busuioc. Although FC Rägi had been in control for most of the match, FC Thierachern still came away with the win.
