In the 7th match minute, LavAzzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Lekubegi to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute Irwin Monney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Lepucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Gilles Clerc came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Lepucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Monney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwan Lepucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 25th minute of the match. LavAzzA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amerigo Labarra in the 27th minute. The corner led to LavAzzA's Kuno Kubin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 31 minutes, Kuno Kubin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LavAzzA and the Zelg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adam Vase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilles Clerc, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Lekubegi came free, but Sepp Mainville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaudencio Lekubegi to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaudencio Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 52nd minute of play. Kuno Kubin was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irwin Monney in the 57th minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilles Clerc got free with Iwan Lepucki in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 minutes of play, LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sepp Mainville was left in no man's land by his defense there! LavAzzA made a substitution. Gauthier Spiller replaced Adam Vase. LavAzzA made a substitution. Neron Veterini replaced Kuno Kubin. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivan Bieber's late challenge caught a LavAzzA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Bieber helped the player get up and apologised. Sepp Mainville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute LavAzzA were awarded a corner. Amerigo Labarra went to the cornerflag to take it. Amerigo Labarra made a great header on LavAzzA's corner, it was just that Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 95 minutes, Gaudencio Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LavAzzA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaudencio Lekubegi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zelg FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
