Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Jorge Luna put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stig Verlengia. 21 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Eggers came free, but Kiran Tomasini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiran Tomasini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Kuhn, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Stig Verlengia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Luna in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Yakiv Revut got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by THE ROKERY PIMKIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pat Eggers was slow to take the kick. During this time Liver Bird's players had a chance to rest. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathaniel Howald in the 45th minute of play. Stig Verlengia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Luna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Luna to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Luna in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Verlengia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the match, Liver Bird's Timoteo Kuhn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kiran Tomasini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kiran Tomasini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvain Zimmermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute.
