They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Alin Harhoiu came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by MIT Craiova's Tiberiu Caramarin. But to his dismay, Tiberiu Caramarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Tiberiu Caramarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alin Harhoiu having to make a save. 64 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Caramarin came free, but Alin Harhoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC Maci -MM-'s Anton Albulescu in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Sami Zübeyr advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-2 in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Caramarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alin Harhoiu. FC Maci -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiberiu Caramarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. FC Maci -MM-'s Alin Harhoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tunander in the 79th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Tiberiu Caramarin made a precise shot to the right of Alin Harhoiu. FC Maci -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Caramarin in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alin Harhoiu saved FC Maci -MM- from getting behind. Emanuel Blajovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Albulescu in the 93rd minute of play.
