Zydrunas Karcemarskas was a little too slow when Vasko Zagorchev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Robustiano Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Scobioalã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerson Simões's late challenge caught a F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerson Simões helped the player get up and apologised. Gerson Simões hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI defense, Gerson Simões kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Gelmiro. The F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Gelmiro should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Björn Ironside had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zydrunas Karcemarskas. Fc-Criuleni-City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Björn Ironside was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Robustiano Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Lundberg in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerson Simões in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Gelmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anton Platon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Robustiano Gelmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerson Simões's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute Pavel Cheptene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI's Björn Ironside ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zydrunas Karcemarskas. Zydrunas Karcemarskas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 40th minute, Sergiu Cheptene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wellington Mangueira hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI booed when Fc-Criuleni-City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Scobioalã didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Fc-Criuleni-City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anton Platon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt Lundberg was the one to do the kick off. Fc-Criuleni-City's Zydrunas Karcemarskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasko Zagorchev in the 53rd minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Vasko Zagorchev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zydrunas Karcemarskas. Fc-Criuleni-City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasko Zagorchev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Zydrunas Karcemarskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Ironside in the 71st minute of the match. Fc-Criuleni-City's Bengt Lundberg got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pavel Cheptene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zydrunas Karcemarskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Cheptene in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Nicu Vornic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerson Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, Vasko Zagorchev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Robustiano Gelmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Lundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Gerson Simões could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Robustiano Gelmiro made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. F.C. TIRAS CRIULENI had won after a very even match.
