In the 5thth minute of the game Gong Yan Bin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centru FC's Dragos Ciuche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Igor Corjan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Centru FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajax Academy the free kick. A collision led to Centru FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Igor Corjan hit a great ball. Centru FC's Dragos Ciuche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruslan Plesca in the 11th minute of play. Dragos Ciuche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Yan Bin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruslan Plesca in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragos Ciuche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnoldo Ramirez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 17th playminute. In the 21st minute, Gong Yan Bin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajax Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Grigore Cotorobai kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ruslan Plesca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ajax Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruslan Plesca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragos Ciuche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ruslan Plesca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragos Ciuche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Yan Bin's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Gong Yan Bin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Ciuche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragos Ciuche came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ajax Academy's Gong Yan Bin. But to his dismay, Gong Yan Bin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Dragos Ciuche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Yan Bin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iosif Ciubuc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radu Papuc struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Dragos Ciuche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ajax Academy. 46 minutes into the match, Gong Yan Bin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dragos Ciuche. Centru FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gong Yan Bin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liviu Botnaru to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Radu Papuc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ajax Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Radu Papuc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragos Ciuche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Ajax Academy's Ruslan Plesca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dragos Ciuche. Dragos Ciuche yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 57 minutes into the match, Centru FC's goalkeeper Dragos Ciuche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruslan Plesca. Dragos Ciuche didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. Ajax Academy made a substitution. Dalmacio Abajas replaced Igor Jereghi. Dragos Ciuche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Yan Bin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragos Ciuche was a little too slow when Dumitru Crudu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-6. Gong Yan Bin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dragos Ciuche came out and tried to block the shot, but Gong Yan Bin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Grigore Cotorobai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Centru FC's Ghenadie Burlea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dalmacio Abajas in the 87 minute of the game. Iosif Ciubuc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dragos Ciuche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iosif Ciubuc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragos Ciuche having to interfere. Ajax Academy's Dalmacio Abajas suffered a sore thigh after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Özdemir Yatuk charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Özdemir Yatuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Özdemir Yatuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Centru FC's goalkeeper Dragos Ciuche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marin Pârlea. Ajax Academy played a much better game than Centru FC and deserved their victory. The Centru FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
