Tolis Nomikos made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Lambros Vouzatos sent off a good shot on target. Louis Stratakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolis Nomikos having to interfere. ARION F.C. Lesvos's Vaios Spetzopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Kominatos in the 7th minute of play. Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vaios Spetzopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Vaios Spetzopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thalis Kominatos's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. ARION F.C. Lesvos's Vaios Spetzopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Mouras in the 22nd minute of play. Vaios Spetzopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionysis Tsiartas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of ARION F.C. Lesvos booed when MindHead FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Kardaris didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, ARION F.C. Lesvos's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte came free, but Vaios Spetzopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute MindHead FC were awarded a corner. Dionysis Tsiartas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Dionysis Tsiartas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vaios Spetzopoulos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd minute, Kostas Menegakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARION F.C. Lesvos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 74th minute Kostas Menegakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolis Nomikos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, ARION F.C. Lesvos's Kostas Menegakis made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolis Nomikos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the MindHead FC defense, Lambros Vouzatos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tolis Nomikos. The MindHead FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tolis Nomikos should have stopped the shot. Louis Stratakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, MindHead FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lambros Vouzatos came free, but Tolis Nomikos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tolis Nomikos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambros Vouzatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolis Nomikos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lambros Vouzatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that ARION F.C. Lesvos were the better team. ARION F.C. Lesvos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
