In the 7th minute, Chatziioannou Valeras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miltiadis Panagoulias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Lasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miltiadis Panagoulias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alekos Voreadis in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Misfits's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Krychowiak was slow to take the kick. During this time BPS F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. In the 18th match minute, Misfits was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestoras Miliokas to maneuver through the defense. Misfits's Miltiadis Panagoulias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucius Malfoy in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Misfits's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Lasso came free, but Miltiadis Panagoulias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nektarios Varveris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Aragón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BPS F.C.'s Nektarios Varveris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save BPS F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Ted Lasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Nektarios Varveris managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Misfits's Arsenio Aragón fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 41st minute Alekos Voreadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltiadis Panagoulias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Chatziioannou Valeras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ted Lasso to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Misfits got a freekick which was hit by Matei Ciulei. In the 57th minute, Grzegorz Krychowiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Aragón in the 59th minute of play forced BPS F.C.'s goalkeeper Nektarios Varveris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Misfits's Miltiadis Panagoulias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Misfits from getting a goal against them. Miltiadis Panagoulias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Lasso in the 68th minute of the match. Nektarios Varveris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michalis Savouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Nektarios Varveris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Salpiggidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BPS F.C.'s Bin Shevchenko was substituted for Lucius Malfoy. BPS F.C.'s Nektarios Varveris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michalis Savouras in the 98th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
