The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kadri Tuğcu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Bal Porsuğu's Oğuzcan Hicran got a free kick in the 11th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Bal Porsuğu's goal looked a bit too open when Yunus Deryace came free, but Mert Zeynelabidin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bal Porsuğu getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Arman Ozan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bal Porsuğu's zone, Abuzer Tekecan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mert Zeynelabidin came out of the goal and Abuzer Tekecan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mert Zeynelabidin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batuğ Deryace in the 24th minute of the match. Mert Zeynelabidin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batuğ Deryace in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute Batuğ Deryace shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Zeynelabidin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bal Porsuğu getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Tahsin Zaim hit a great ball. Bal Porsuğu's Mert Zeynelabidin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batuğ Deryace in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Yunus Deryace notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bal Porsuğu's Mert Zeynelabidin. Mert Zeynelabidin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute Yunus Deryace shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Zeynelabidin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mert Zeynelabidin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yunus Deryace in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes in the game, Yunus Deryace dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bal Porsuğu's zone, Pekin Koyas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mert Zeynelabidin came out of the goal and Pekin Koyas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enis Geçimoğlu to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Yunus Deryace kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mert Zeynelabidin. That made the score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. The nice shot from Kadri Tuğcu in the 55thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Mert Zeynelabidin had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. After a rather tough play, Bal Porsuğu's Vahdet Taykara got a free kick in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Tahsin Zaim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ozan Zeynel was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Batuğ Deryace's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mert Zeynelabidin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tahsin Zaim scored 2-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ozan Zeynel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Pekin Koyas came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the ♠67 KARADENİZ Ereğli FC♠ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pekin Koyas couldn't finish the play. If Batuğ Deryace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mert Zeynelabidin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yunus Deryace in the 75th minute of play. Pekin Koyas kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Kadri Tuğcu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute of the match, Yunus Deryace tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mert Zeynelabidin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mert Zeynelabidin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yunus Deryace in the 86th minute of play. Vahdet Taykara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ozan Zeynel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Enis Geçimoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ozan Zeynel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ♠67 KARADENİZ Ereğli FC♠'s Kadri Tuğcu got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ozan Zeynel came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bal Porsuğu's Enis Geçimoğlu. But to his dismay, Enis Geçimoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When ♠67 KARADENİZ Ereğli FC♠'s Batuğ Deryace in 96 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mert Zeynelabidin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The Bal Porsuğu players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
