Cheikh Guermeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Piretti in the 4th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Norbert Kosowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahce ISTANBUL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SARI ZEYBEK the free kick. In the 12th minute, Norbert Kosowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SARI ZEYBEK's Cheikh Guermeur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Osasun in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Son Adam in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Edip Nazmi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cheikh Guermeur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Lorden in the 18th minute of the match. Mehmet Edip Nazmi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by SARI ZEYBEK's Baybora Yaren. But to his dismay, Baybora Yaren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 25thth minute of the game Higinio Osasun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SARI ZEYBEK's Cheikh Guermeur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Son Adam in the 37th minute of play forced Fenerbahce ISTANBUL's goalkeeper Mehmet Edip Nazmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Son Adam, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 37 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mehmet Edip Nazmi was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelio Piretti during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SARI ZEYBEK booed when Fenerbahce ISTANBUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Piretti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, SARI ZEYBEK's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Osasun came free, but Cheikh Guermeur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Osasun to strike the kick off in the second half. Baybora Yaren took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Edip Nazmi. Mehmet Edip Nazmi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Mehmet Edip Nazmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baybora Yaren in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Norbert Kosowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cheikh Guermeur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 63rd minute, Higinio Osasun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahce ISTANBUL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 65th minute, Tansu İnanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SARI ZEYBEK made a substitution. Oğuz İmren replaced Evair Gøl. SARI ZEYBEK's Sezai Hünerli was substituted for Baybora Yaren. In the 66th match minute, Fenerbahce ISTANBUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tansu İnanoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Fenerbahce ISTANBUL got a freekick which was hit by Okaner Kayıhan. After 90 played minutes SARI ZEYBEK got a freekick which was hit by Hürkan Demiray. Higinio Osasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Cheikh Guermeur made a huge save.
