Egun Zapico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Egun Zapico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Romino in the 19th minute of play. AYYILDIZ's Sabri Erdoğan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save AYYILDIZ from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Joris Scheer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Zapico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egun Zapico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onur Avcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Egun Zapico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Romino in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ got a corner. AYYILDIZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karol Kapera ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Erkan Fişek heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Egun Zapico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulvi Gencal in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Romino in the 46th minute of play forced ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's goalkeeper Egun Zapico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabri Erdoğan was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan sped through AYYILDIZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sabri Erdoğan. Egun Zapico made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Joris Scheer sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to AYYILDIZ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ali Nejat Atay hit a great ball. When ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
