Goel Meiry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Hilario Pesquera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dani Belinfante in the 20th minute of play forced Defensores De Eilat's goalkeeper Yoachin Ratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yoachin Ratt came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Cavegol FC's Ilan Ganon. But to his dismay, Ilan Ganon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Benjamin Adam charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Adam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Defensores De Eilat's Benjamin Adam got a free kick in the 30th minute. Dani Belinfante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yoachin Ratt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Dani Belinfante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoachin Ratt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Enzo Francescoli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores De Eilat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Francescoli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Francescoli made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Defensores De Eilat got a corner. Cavegol FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Goel Meiry ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Hezi Shapochnik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yoachin Ratt was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Defensores De Eilat's goal looked a bit too open when Adamson Yadid came free, but Yoachin Ratt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dar Pasternak got a throw-in 78 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hezi Shapochnik. In the 83rd match minute, Defensores De Eilat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Goel Meiry to maneuver through the defense. Yoachin Ratt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dani Belinfante, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th match minute, Cavegol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hezi Shapochnik to maneuver through the defense.
