Sukhveer Bhuppal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jivadeva Chakma in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jivadeva Chakma in the 10th minute of play forced Diss's goalkeeper Sukhveer Bhuppal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Diss's zone, Akrsnakarman Chandha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sukhveer Bhuppal came out of the goal and Akrsnakarman Chandha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Diss! In the 18th minute, Nailsea got a penalty, and Jagjit Malhotra placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. If Akrsnakarman Chandha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Nailsea got a freekick which was hit by Dyutita Chopra. Sukhveer Bhuppal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jivadeva Chakma in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Diss's Romesh Bhudraja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dhyanayogi Shrivastav made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Akrsnakarman Chandha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sukhveer Bhuppal came out and tried to block the shot, but Akrsnakarman Chandha slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 35th minute. A collision led to Nailsea getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Aviratha Bains hit a great ball. When Shankar Naik came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Diss fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shankar Naik couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd match minute, Diss was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avirhotra Diyali to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Jagjit Malhotra from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Sukhveer Bhuppal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Akrsnakarman Chandha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Sukhveer Bhuppal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jivadeva Chakma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diss's Sukhveer Bhuppal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jivadeva Chakma in the 52nd minute of play. Akrsnakarman Chandha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Shankar Naik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 64 minutes on the clock, Kamaraja Mitra commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Dhyanayogi Shrivastav, was totally fooled by Diss's Vijai Thiara, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Romesh Bhudraja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aparoksa Sehgal charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aparoksa Sehgal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shankar Naik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 78 minutes, Romesh Bhudraja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diss's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romesh Bhudraja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dyutita Chopra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 86thth minute of the game Akrsnakarman Chandha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diss's Sukhveer Bhuppal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diss's Sukhveer Bhuppal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dyutita Chopra in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akrsnakarman Chandha in the 92nd minute of play forced Diss's goalkeeper Sukhveer Bhuppal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Abhidi Nagra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sukhveer Bhuppal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee showed Dyutita Chopra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Diss's Romesh Bhudraja in the 97th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dhyanayogi Shrivastav was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Nailsea through an amazing save.
