An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete Gøl in the 3rd minute of play forced Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Marian Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walery Balkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Macedo in the 4th minute. The supporters of Purple Shadows booed when A State Of Trance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mete Gøl didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Igor Syppli in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A State Of Trance's Aleksander Golob. In the 10th match minute, Purple Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guo Bo Ting to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, A State Of Trance's Mete Gøl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marian Topolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Paulino Marin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the A State Of Trance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Marin couldn't finish the play. Marian Topolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gøl in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute Milosz Kowalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Balkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Topolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete Gøl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Purple Shadows's Marian Topolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mete Gøl in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute A State Of Trance were awarded a corner. Bernard Zawada went to the cornerflag to take it. After 28 minutes of play, A State Of Trance's Mete Gøl made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marian Topolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mete Gøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Walery Balkiewicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the match, A State Of Trance's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Kowalski came free, but Walery Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mete Gøl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marian Topolski was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Mete Gøl notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Purple Shadows's Marian Topolski. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mete Gøl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mete Gøl ran back to his position shaking his head. Mete Gøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Dominik Wincek put in a rough tackle. 78 minutes into the game, one of A State Of Trance:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Witomir Klawke shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 82ndth minute of the game Zula Okopny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A State Of Trance's Walery Balkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marian Topolski was a little too slow when Mete Gøl got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-5. Mete Gøl might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marian Topolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mete Gøl ran back to his position shaking his head. After 96 played minutes Purple Shadows got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Gibowski. The A State Of Trance supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing A State Of Trance would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
