New England Minas's Glen Conklin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Otsando Fierro came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the ARES FC DeusDeFutbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otsando Fierro couldn't finish the play. Tony Pacheco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willian Cuesta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Conny Tingberg hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Börge Alkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremy Nicholas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otsando Fierro in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Otsando Fierro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When New England Minas's Edgardo Silva in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th minute, Recai Nusrettin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremy Nicholas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as New England Minas's Edgardo Silva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Willian Cuesta. That made the score 1-1 after 37 minutes of play. Jeremy Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recai Nusrettin in the 41st minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Zlatan Ibrahimov replaced Felipe Muñoz. Zlatan Ibrahimov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremy Nicholas having to make a save. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Ugochukwutubelum Ugochukwu was substituted for Erasmo Lartaun. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's 郝森建 was substituted for Israel Lazcano. In the 59th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Silva to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 62 in the game by Zlatan Ibrahimov from a close distance when the talented Jeremy Nicholas managed to make a qualified save. New England Minas's players were relieved. Otsando Fierro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremy Nicholas having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goalkeeper Jeremy Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zlatan Ibrahimov. Zlatan Ibrahimov might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremy Nicholas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zlatan Ibrahimov ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeremy Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otsando Fierro in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas got control of the ball when Zlatan Ibrahimov tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by New England Minas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 郝森建 was slow to take the kick. During this time ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Zlatan Ibrahimov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zlatan Ibrahimov got free with Jeremy Nicholas in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
