El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garth Burrell in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kazimierz Traczewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilbur Hyde was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Burrell in the 11th minute of play. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Baykan Erincer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the game, Alf Skarkman threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Lockhart quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Traczewski in the 23rd minute of play. Wilbur Hyde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Burrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akakios Kountouratzis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Kazimierz Traczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Wilbur Hyde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Baykan Erincer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's Baykan Erincer got control of the ball when Domingo Lopez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilbur Hyde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akakios Kountouratzis, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Garth Burrell came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Combs to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Domingo Lopez made the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Vilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baykan Erincer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Correia to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Claude Mueller shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baykan Erincer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Lockhart quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alf Skarkman, made in the 57th minute of the game. Baykan Erincer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Vilar in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Joaquim Vilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Canalla de Chicago's Justin Raines was substituted for Tom Adams. El Canalla de Chicago made a substitution. Andreas Sanchez replaced Matthew Medrano. After 61 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Vilar. 65 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Traczewski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilbur Hyde. Kazimierz Traczewski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 69 minutes into the game, Domingo Lopez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Baykan Erincer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pascal Combs charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pascal Combs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pascal Combs kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Combs. In the 77th minute, Khairil Swee sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde didn't even have to move. 82 minutes into the match, DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Raines came free, but Baykan Erincer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Erincer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Lopez in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's zone, Justin Raines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baykan Erincer came out of the goal and Justin Raines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baykan Erincer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claude Mueller who took care of the corner kick. The corner led El Canalla de Chicago's Claude Mueller to fire away a dangerous shot which Baykan Erincer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wilbur Hyde was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Wilbur Bain capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilbur Bain really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. DIABLO ROJO CALIFORNIANO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
