Segelbut IF's Philip Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graham Kearney in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Lilja in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Graig Davenport prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Carson McCann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tango en Miami FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Segelbut IF the free kick. In the 36th minute, Carson McCann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Tinglöv's late challenge caught a Tango en Miami FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
