Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reginaldo Dias took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Lyle Flanagan got control of the ball when Arturo Turner tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7thth minute of the game Reginaldo Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Lyle Flanagan got control of the ball when Arturo Turner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Trezeguet in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Trezeguet came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Turner in the 24th minute of play forced EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalkeeper Lyle Flanagan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes EL LOBO DE MIAMI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vern Pierre who took care of the corner kick. 29 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Dias came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Cristiano Trezeguet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Cristiano Trezeguet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Smallwood. Santos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Trezeguet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 39 minutes into the game, Chad Tuttle threw the ball into play from the sideline. Santos FC's Mike Richardson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 41 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Dias came free, but Aaron Smallwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Turner made a kick off. Lyle Flanagan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Turner in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by EL LOBO DE MIAMI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vern Pierre was slow to take the kick. During this time Santos FC's players had a chance to rest. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina was substituted for Cristiano Trezeguet. EL LOBO DE MIAMI made a substitution. Giuseppe Conway replaced Alexis Carver. Aaron Smallwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Timmons in the 68th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Arturo Turner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Turner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lyle Flanagan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos FC's Terence Nicholas was substituted for Tyron Velasquez. Santos FC's Arturo Turner got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Santos FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Warren Ruiz hit a great ball. Paolo Golts's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Smallwood read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Santos FC's goalkeeper Aaron Smallwood had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marshall Medina. After 85 minutes, Reginaldo Dias made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Santos FC's Aaron Smallwood tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chad Tuttle made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marshall Medina however managed to control. Marshall Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Aaron Smallwood made a huge save.
