The audience was convinced that Ladislao Gines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thom Threepwood was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 31st match minute, Radiohead Freaks Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noe Seedorf to maneuver through the defense. When Creekers's Ladislao Gines in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Ladislao Gines came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Creekers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Gines couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Gines in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Threepwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Creekers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saverio Vistruario in the 57th minute. Creekers's Saverio Vistruario was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thom Threepwood in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troyes Sainz in the 65th minute of play forced Creekers's goalkeeper Bryant Miles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noe Seedorf made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jens-Ola Åkerström. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Saverio Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Creekers's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Vistruario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thom Threepwood breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Vistruario in the 73rd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Radiohead Freaks Club's goal looked a bit too open when Riley Trotter came free, but Thom Threepwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Radiohead Freaks Club defense, Saverio Vistruario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thom Threepwood. The Radiohead Freaks Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thom Threepwood should have stopped the shot. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Vistruario in the 93rd minute of the match.
