With an all-out effort, The Everett Hawks's Ben Dillemans threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Henry Van Herendael came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Winksele 2016's Sylven Van Der Meeren. But to his dismay, Sylven Van Der Meeren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Andreas Pirlo made a precise shot to the right of Ben Dillemans. Winksele 2016's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Winksele 2016's Sylven Van Der Meeren in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Everett Hawks's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to The Everett Hawks getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kris Van Eersel hit a great ball. If Moises Bihar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Van Herendael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias De Cat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Andreas Pirlo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ben Dillemans to make any attempt to save it. Henry Van Herendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylven Van Der Meeren in the 31st minute of the match. Henry Van Herendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylven Van Der Meeren in the 35th minute of play. Ben Dillemans made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Andreas Pirlo sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when The Everett Hawks's Andreas Pirlo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philippe-Arnaud Heremans in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylven Van Der Meeren in the 47th minute of play forced The Everett Hawks's goalkeeper Henry Van Herendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Philippe-Arnaud Heremans to make the kick off. After 54th play minutes Philippe-Arnaud Heremans shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Ben Dillemans and just under the crossbar into goal. When Andreas Pirlo came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the The Everett Hawks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Pirlo couldn't finish the play. Philippe-Arnaud Heremans helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, The Everett Hawks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philippe-Arnaud Heremans to maneuver through the defense. Sylven Van Der Meerens short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Henry Van Herendael to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ben Dillemans came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by The Everett Hawks's Andreas Pirlo. But to his dismay, Andreas Pirlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 75 minutes into the match, Sylven Van Der Meeren notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of The Everett Hawks's Henry Van Herendael. Henry Van Herendael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Everett Hawks's Luke Van Bostraeten was substituted for Willem-Jan Grootjans. In the 80th minute, Matias De Cat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Winksele 2016's goal looked a bit too open when Philippe-Arnaud Heremans came free, but Ben Dillemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ben Dillemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Van Bostraeten in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Pirlo in the 92nd minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Ben Dillemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
