With a little luck, MILLONARIOS FC's Videl Mauriz got control of the ball when Ramiro Montae tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramiro Montae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Videl Mauriz having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Fractal FC's Natalio Txatxu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. MILLONARIOS FC's Roberto Quicedo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nunez Pacho in the 15 minute of the game. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Fractal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Pacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Gaudencio Enekoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Videl Mauriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbano Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Corredor in the 25th minute of the match. If Juan Corredor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbano Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Corredor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes, Fernado Sisalde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MILLONARIOS FC and the Fractal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, MILLONARIOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernado Sisalde to maneuver through the defense. Videl Mauriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Montae, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

After 52 played minutes Fractal FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Palomar. Urbano Firman made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Juan Corredor sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Fractal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Pacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Palomar kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 63 minutes of play, Fractal FC's Gaudencio Enekoitz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Videl Mauriz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Fractal FC's Natalio Txatxu got a free kick in the 65th minute. Conrado Urre got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Natalio Txatxu. Urbano Firman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernado Sisalde in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Fractal FC's goalkeeper Urbano Firman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Corredor. Ruud van Nistelrooij kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Fractal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Corredor came free, but Urbano Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Corredor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th match minute, MILLONARIOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Corredor to maneuver through the defense. After 96 played minutes MILLONARIOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernado Sisalde. For all the effort they put into the match, the MILLONARIOS FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fractal FC.
