Zaquiel Padilla came out of the goal and Juan Corredor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Zaquiel Padilla managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when MILLONARIOS FC's Juan Corredor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 64th match minute, Sociedad Anónima was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lia Arbulo to maneuver through the defense. Zaquiel Padilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Corredor in the 68th minute. After 71 played minutes Sociedad Anónima got a freekick which was hit by Renato Nevares. When Sociedad Anónima's Felix Larren in 90 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Videl Mauriz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The MILLONARIOS FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MILLONARIOS FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
