Lagta hai ke main toh ab fash gaya U18 competitions ke chakkar me...[:S] Iss tarha ke ke youthse khelenge toh sare ke sare U18 cup matches haar jayenge!! Abhi 40+ U18 cup matches ke fixtures saaj chuke hai aur bhi U18 cup ke fixtures baadenge jab main U18 National Cup and U18 Generation Cup etc join karunga.......[:(] Ab toh sirf ek hi rasta khula hai ke [b]Youth Customisation[/b] option use karke 7 more 3rd season ke youths lena paraga. Kyuki abhi 16 youth already hai mere pass and 23 maximum rakh sakte hai. Kya kisi ne [b]Youth Customisation[/b] use kiya hai kabhi? Agar ha toh kaise youths milte hai agar 3rd season ke youth option select kiarne se? Main plan yeh hai ke sirf cup matches chalne tak rakh rakhen ge uhn 7 3rd season ke youth ko. After the end of all cup competitions I'll exchange them with 16'y youths or I'll delete them just after their graduation. Friends.....what do you think about my this idea? Is it good or not? At the moment no others way I can see that will make sure that I would able to survive!! Galat idea tha mera, Youth Customisation use karne ke liye 15 power tokens karch karna hoga!! [:S] 15 power tokens just for Youth Customisation is a fool feature...[:$] I shouldn't try it.

hi Do not go by initial stats of youths,as psm pointed out time will tell. Sovan appoint NCA who will help u out and also book friendly matches for NT to try out formations before the competition.

It's true that we got an easy group of U21 Confederations Cup. But I didn't found very good National team in India for the U21 cup. Actually our National team players are not very good, what I had expected!! I don't like to tell anything here about our NT weakness. Because anyone can read here, mainly other countries NC and NCA. If anyone like to be NCA he'll able to see the problems of our NT. By the way, If anyone have a very good U21 Indian player, that I didn't added into our NT yet! Please post here the player NAME & ID also post in my guestbook. At the moment I needs a good attacking midfielder for our NT. Also need a very good striker too...[;)]

Hey Friends, Thank you very much friends for supporting me with our NT, not just only in good days and also in those bad days too. Now I have something to tell you guys that, I was always in under-pressure since the Panama match. No no I don't telling you guys give me lot of pressure, actually you guys make me relax by supporting on our bad. Sorry I didn't replying because I was in silent mode. I just wanted to show my works with NT, not only just my mouth talking...! For now that's it. I have to share more things but due to short time....!! At the last, I want to say...[b]India got 3rd placed in [i]U21 Confederation Cup 2016[/i][/b] it's not my or div's win......it's our win, all Indian managers enjoy this good time of our NT. Just did a bit of research..Sikkim won all the matches in season 29..I guess mine is 2nd highest.. As for most dominating team that award also goes to Sikkim they won 11 titles, came 2nd 2 times in 15 seasons from season 26 to season 40..Also Chelsea have dominated the league twice once from season 42 to 44 winning the league thrice and the second time from season 49 to 52 winning 4 times..My run currently stand at 3 titles and 2 runners-up from season 53-57..

MZ has removed the wiki pages..Managed to get all the data on all the Indian pages.. Anyone interested in helping to create a website or a wiki page where we can put all the data ?

Well, just tried some stuff and I managed to get the pages up and running on en.wikipedia.org Since i copied the source from managerzone.wiki there are some small issues in the new pages.So anyone good with these kinda stuff who can help ? ISL 16 and Durand Cup 6 will be set up soon. All teams that are interested and did not take part in the previous edition please write here or in my GB..First 3 new teams will be accepted.. Sadly Worksop,Believe The Impossible and SSFC will be relegated if new teams are interested. Ps- Guys you can subscribe to this thread (option is just below the I-League table in this thread,on the left side), you will be notified when someone posts a new message. Will help increase activity of our community here.ISL 16 and Durand Cup 6 will be set up soon.
