The supporters of U21 Chile booed when U21 Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Wiatrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartosz Dranka might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Astorga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartosz Dranka ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. U21 Poland walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
