Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucas Lachapelle made the kick off which started today's match. Ferdinando Pierucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Lachapelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Malik Lancelin who took care of the corner kick. Titouan Couffin made a great header on France's corner, it was just that Italy's Ferdinando Pierucci managed to reach the ball for a save. 7 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Lachapelle came free, but Ferdinando Pierucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, France's Prosper Johnson got control of the ball when Alexander Zollino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prosper Johnson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Zollino in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match France got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malik Lancelin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alexander Zollino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Alfredo Marconi made the kick off in the second half. Ferdinando Pierucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Lachapelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes France's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Yada Daa scored 3-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prosper Johnson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Italy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of France for a fine match.
