Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kryspin Tyskie started the match with the kick off. U21 Czech Republic's Vavřinec Šeděnka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Tyskie in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, U21 Poland's Kryspin Tyskie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavřinec Šeděnka. Vavřinec Šeděnka yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 25 minutes into the match, U21 Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Knížek came free, but Wawrzyniec Kaider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Ernest Nechanický almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but U21 Poland's Wawrzyniec Kaider did a great save. Vavřinec Šeděnka didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when U21 Poland's Jaroslaw Balonek shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kryspin Tyskie got free with Vavřinec Šeděnka in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Gilbert Molski hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Jaroslaw Balonek put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vavřinec Šeděnka. If Kryspin Tyskie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Kryspin Tyskie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavřinec Šeděnka. U21 Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kryspin Tyskie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1.
