The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alin Armeanca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wy-pas's Lukasz Jaszynski got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Leszek Kisiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Wy-pas's goalkeeper Wincent Cielencki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Banas. Enzo Noce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Mazierski, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Wincent Cielencki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Xi Le in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Mazierski came free, but Enzo Noce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wy-pas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lukasz Jaszynski in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marian Banas to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Marian Banas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wincent Cielencki was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Wy-pas's Wincent Cielencki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Xi Le in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match, Lukasz Jaszynski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enzo Noce saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enzo Noce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hong Yi Jian's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Wy-pas's Wincent Cielencki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Banas in the 78th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Marian Banas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincent Cielencki was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Alin Armeanca hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lu Xi Le recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes in the game, Hong Yi Jian fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Enzo Noce having to interfere. The The Nerd Herd players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
