With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Leceta in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Mitus saved Resistencia Tayrona FC from getting behind. Cyprian Mitus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Epifanio Leceta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 26 minute of play. Epifanio Leceta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cyprian Mitus came out and tried to block the shot, but Epifanio Leceta slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 32nd minute. If Epifanio Leceta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Leceta in the 80th minute of play forced Resistencia Tayrona FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Mitus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Fuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Samperio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
