Ronny Nilsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Jonsereds IF's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, La Banda del Tinto's Peyo Kaadekilde got control of the ball when Sixten Sjö tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Inocencio Savion notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Jonsereds IF's Gil Garcia. Gil Garcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. La Banda del Tinto's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sixten Sjö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonsereds IF's Gil Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Baristo in the 55th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in La Banda del Tinto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! La Banda del Tinto:s Peyo Kaadekilde showed great skill when he stopped Ronny Nilsson:s penalty. Peyo Kaadekilde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronny Nilsson went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Inocencio Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gil Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Inocencio Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes in the game Raúl Ungaro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Philipp Lahm. 72 minutes into the match, Jonsereds IF's goalkeeper Gil Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Savion. Sixto Baristo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. At last the ball reached Sixto Baristo at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Jonsereds IF. 2-3. Gil Garcia made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Inocencio Savion sent off a good shot on target. Sixten Sjö recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Sixten Sjö left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jonsereds IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In the 93rd match minute, Jonsereds IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvid Qvarnström to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Sixto Baristo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Gil Garcia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
When the final whistle sounded La Banda del Tinto left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jonsereds IF.
