The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, ReAl Coholicos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Aires to maneuver through the defense. Justavino Eradis short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Leandro Ekain to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, ReAl Coholicos's Leandro Ekain got control of the ball when Justavino Eradi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Urti Envito managed to get in a good position for a shot. No Me Inscriban Gracias's supporters rose to their feet, but Urti Envito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Ekain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to No Me Inscriban Gracias getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Urti Envito hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Rogelio Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justavino Eradi got free with Leandro Ekain in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Libertad Matamoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Ekain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justavino Eradi in the 16th minute. With a little luck, ReAl Coholicos's Leandro Ekain got control of the ball when Justavino Eradi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ReAl Coholicos's zone, Libertad Matamoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Ekain came out of the goal and Libertad Matamoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by No Me Inscriban Gracias's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zacarias Gombal was slow to take the kick. During this time ReAl Coholicos's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in No Me Inscriban Gracias's zone, Emiliano Aires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rixon Espinoza came out of the goal and Emiliano Aires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Gombal in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rixon Espinoza saved No Me Inscriban Gracias from getting behind. Zacarias Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justavino Eradi in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Ekain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justavino Eradi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Leandro Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Libertad Matamoro came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the No Me Inscriban Gracias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Libertad Matamoro couldn't finish the play. If Suscal Santalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No Me Inscriban Gracias's Justavino Eradi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.

The wind increased when Zacarias Gombal made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, ReAl Coholicos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Barto to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Piorno during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ReAl Coholicos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Justavino Eradi struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Leandro Ekain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for No Me Inscriban Gracias. After 67 played minutes No Me Inscriban Gracias got a freekick which was hit by Libertad Matamoro. In the 70th minute, Suscal Santalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justavino Eradi in the 76th minute of play forced ReAl Coholicos's goalkeeper Leandro Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Ekain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urti Envito in the 79th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play ReAl Coholicos's Jose Piorno was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The audience was convinced that Justavino Eradi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Ekain was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After having played for 87 minutes, Justavino Eradi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. No Me Inscriban Gracias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justavino Eradi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, ReAl Coholicos's goal looked a bit too open when López Burbua came free, but Leandro Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to No Me Inscriban Gracias getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. López Burbua hit a great ball.
