Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Austin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Igor Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MOEBIO's Clodoveo Illart got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Alin Doroftei came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC U Cluj-N fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alin Doroftei couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the game, FC U Cluj-N's Romeo Ţăranu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Teyo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Caramarin came free, but Ciro Teyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Romeo Ţăranu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Fix came free, but Iordache Calota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Honrio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Romeo Ţăranu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC U Cluj-N's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Ţăranu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Teyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Fix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iordache Calota. FC U Cluj-N's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Fix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Roque Honrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Fix came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iordache Calota could save by the left post. In the 28th minute Archie Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Calota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Ţăranu in the 31st minute of play forced MOEBIO's goalkeeper Ciro Teyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd match minute, MOEBIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Asur to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC U Cluj-N's Iordache Calota got control of the ball when Leopoldo Fix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leopoldo Fix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Iordache Calota made a huge save. MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Caramarin in the 40th minute of play. Ciro Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Chindriș in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when FC U Cluj-N was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Caramarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Teyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Caramarin in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Ţăranu to make the kick off. MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save MOEBIO from getting a goal against them. In the 52nd minute Victor Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iordache Calota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberius Kirk in the 55th minute of the match. After 57 minutes of play, MOEBIO's Humberto Hulberto made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordache Calota was left in no man's land by his defense there! MOEBIO's Ciro Teyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Ţăranu in the 61st minute of play. Iordache Calota came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by MOEBIO's Humberto Hulberto. But to his dismay, Humberto Hulberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 66 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goalkeeper Ciro Teyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Caramarin. When MOEBIO's Feliberto Ubelteso in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC U Cluj-N's goalie prevented a goal. Romeo Ţăranu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the game, Eusebiu Fânaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC U Cluj-N's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MOEBIO the free kick. FC U Cluj-N's Iordache Calota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Hulberto in the 72nd minute of play. Iordache Calota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Honrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, FC U Cluj-N's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Hulberto came free, but Iordache Calota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Teyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Ţăranu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to MOEBIO getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Archie Ares hit a great ball. In the 86th match minute, MOEBIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Archie Ares to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the MOEBIO defense, Romeo Ţăranu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Teyo. The MOEBIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Teyo should have stopped the shot. The supporters of FC U Cluj-N booed when MOEBIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Illart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alin Doroftei struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ciro Teyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC U Cluj-N. If Romeo Ţăranu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of FC U Cluj-N's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC U Cluj-N may have spent more time on the ball, but MOEBIO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
