In the 12th minute Siro Santamaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Czaplicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes, Eddie Vedder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Olimpia Warszawa and the Alianza Trujillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, KS Olimpia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Vedder to maneuver through the defense. Gaufred Parraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Izydor Czaplicki came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alianza Trujillo's Hernán Barco. But to his dismay, Hernán Barco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hernán Barco scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Izydor Czaplicki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaufred Parraga took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izydor Czaplicki. Izydor Czaplicki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasz Osielski got free with Ximenes Barnechea in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eddie Vedder got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Alianza Trujillo booed when KS Olimpia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddie Vedder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 minutes of play, Alianza Trujillo's Dolcet Bevia made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Izydor Czaplicki was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Alianza Trujillo's Hernán Barco in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS Olimpia Warszawa's goalie prevented a goal. Iwo Trzaskoma hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Izydor Czaplicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliveiro Urbiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Izydor Czaplicki was a little too slow when Dolcet Bevia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-6. Izydor Czaplicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Santamaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KS Olimpia Warszawa's Izydor Czaplicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Barco in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Alianza Trujillo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Markel Romay hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Markel Romay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Izydor Czaplicki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. In the 71stth minute of the game Hernán Barco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Olimpia Warszawa's Izydor Czaplicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Markel Romay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alianza Trujillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. After a rather tough play, Alianza Trujillo's Iraido Angosto got a free kick in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Markel Romay got free with Izydor Czaplicki in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Santamaria came free, but Izydor Czaplicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KS Olimpia Warszawa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Siro Santamaria scored to the left of an out of position Izydor Czaplicki, making the score, 0-11. Markel Romay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Izydor Czaplicki made a huge save. Izydor Czaplicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernán Barco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Alianza Trujillo's Bruno Mariny ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Izydor Czaplicki. Izydor Czaplicki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12.
