But to his dismay, Gyula Hajnal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rui Portela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gyula Hajnal in the 14th minute of the match. Eugen Tripon scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui Portela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rui Portela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gyula Hajnal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guilherme Andrade hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Ionuț Petrea fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's protests and gave Ionuț Petrea a yellow card for diving instead. Ionuț Petrea kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Tripon in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Portela saved GD JULIO DINIS from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goalkeeper Edgar Vrânceanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Frois. If Gyula Hajnal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugen Tripon in the 41st minute. Rui Portela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gyula Hajnal's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugen Tripon made a kick off. Nae Amuguroancei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Rui Portela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, GD JULIO DINIS's Alexandre Palha made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Vrânceanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the game, Eugen Tripon lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Rui Portela. In the 66th minute Sérgio Barroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Vrânceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Barroso in the 66th minute of play forced Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's goalkeeper Edgar Vrânceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugen Tripon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Portela having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Eugen Tripon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rui Portela. The goal made the score 1-6. When Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Eugen Tripon in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GD JULIO DINIS's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 80 in the game by Eugen Tripon from a close distance when the talented Rui Portela managed to make a qualified save. GD JULIO DINIS's players were relieved. Sérgio Barroso kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Saúl Macena kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. GD JULIO DINIS's Rui Portela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gyula Hajnal in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugen Tripon got free with Rui Portela in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rui Portela didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 1-9. 95 minutes into the match, Gyula Hajnal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Portela, 1-10. The GD JULIO DINIS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's performance. The match ended with a win for Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely.
