The coaching staff of Club Atlético Lanús protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Harland Willoughby had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 25 played minutes Club Atlético Lanús got a freekick which was hit by Harland Willoughby. Lucijan Ćepulić took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Émilien Fortin.
