But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branimir Baljkas couldn't finish the play. In the 7th match minute, Jastreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tihomir Leustek to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA booed when Jastreb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Håland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goal looked a bit too open when Branimir Baljkas came free, but Breno Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Paiva in the 26th minute of play forced Jastreb's goalkeeper Stjepko Grdović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Mei Xiang Ting made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stjepko Grdović was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mei Xiang Ting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Stjepko Grdović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Jastreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tihomir Leustek to maneuver through the defense. Stjepko Grdović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mei Xiang Ting in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yu Hong Yong to maneuver through the defense. Jastreb's Bo Zidane was substituted for Bo Stam. Jastreb's Vanja Vugrinec was substituted for Sanjin Ivanović. A collision led to FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Yu Hong Yong hit a great ball.
