The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the match, Adan Lauro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Szczepan Indyk. INTER Sosnowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Lauro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bernardo Quinten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Magdaleno in the 18th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Szczepan Indyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Quinten took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Szczepan Indyk. Szczepan Indyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Szczepan Indyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Quinten in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, INTER Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Quinten came free, but Szczepan Indyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. INTER Sosnowiec's Szczepan Indyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Lauro in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the INTER Sosnowiec defense, Adan Lauro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Szczepan Indyk. The INTER Sosnowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Szczepan Indyk should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Jarocewicz in the 35th minute of play forced NUMBA's goalkeeper Justo Ruy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Adan Lauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Szczepan Indyk was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Magdaleno in the 39th minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Szczepan Indyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, INTER Sosnowiec's Andrzej Klucznik got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Roberto Eusko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Szczepan Indyk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adan Lauro was the one to do the kick off. Jacobo Magdaleno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Szczepan Indyk came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacobo Magdaleno slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. In the 57th minute of the match, Adan Lauro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Szczepan Indyk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 61st minute, Jacobo Magdaleno made a precise shot to the right of Szczepan Indyk. INTER Sosnowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 65th match minute, NUMBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Eusko to maneuver through the defense. Szczepan Indyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Quinten in the 75th minute. NUMBA were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after INTER Sosnowiec's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Eusko took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Roberto Eusko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Szczepan Indyk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80th minute, NUMBA's Adan Lauro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 84 minutes into the match, INTER Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Lauro came free, but Szczepan Indyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. INTER Sosnowiec's Szczepan Indyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save INTER Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded NUMBA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than INTER Sosnowiec.
