After 3 minutes, Jan-Olof Josefsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lillbo BK and the Barbie Doll United U23 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lillbo BK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Jan-Olof Josefsson hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Carlinhos Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Isaltino Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Andreas Granberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Östlund in the 13th minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Arce. 18 minutes into the game, Barbie Doll United U23's Pedrão Arce nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bertil Vallengren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 24 minutes of play, Lillbo BK's Frans Östlund made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Lillbo BK's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Velloso came free, but Bertil Vallengren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Velloso in the 38th minute of play forced Lillbo BK's goalkeeper Bertil Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barbie Doll United U23's Luciano Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Carlinhos Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlinhos Maciel in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertil Vallengren saved Lillbo BK from getting behind. Bertil Vallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Velloso in the 46th minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Silvério Netto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lillbo BK's Bertil Vallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Maciel in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Lillbo BK's Bertil Vallengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Lillbo BK from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Lillbo BK's goalkeeper Bertil Vallengren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedrão Arce. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlinhos Maciel got free with Bertil Vallengren in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Velloso in the 61st minute of play forced Lillbo BK's goalkeeper Bertil Vallengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertil Vallengren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlinhos Maciel in the 66th minute. When Pedrão Arce came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Barbie Doll United U23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrão Arce couldn't finish the play. Bertil Vallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Carlinhos Maciel took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertil Vallengren. Bertil Vallengren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Orlando Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Östlund in the 79th minute of play. Lillbo BK's Bertil Vallengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Lillbo BK from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Barbie Doll United U23 were awarded a corner. Oséias Bastos went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Lillbo BK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dan Ahlberg hit a great ball. Luciano Velloso succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Barbie Doll United U23 played a much better game than Lillbo BK and deserved their victory. The Lillbo BK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
