Severo Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelaziz Zerara, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Federico Hanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Abdelnasser Mezair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Federico Hanni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelnasser Mezair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Federico Hanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdelnasser Mezair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Hanni in the 9th minute of play. Ferhat Dziri hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Manantiales Fc booed when Phenomenals FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abd el Merah didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Manantiales Fc getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Americo Bastia hit a great ball. When Epifanio Bernaldo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Manantiales Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Bernaldo couldn't finish the play. Manantiales Fc's Severo Roderigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve McManaman in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelhamid Chebal during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Abdelaziz Zerara fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phenomenals FC's protests and gave Abdelaziz Zerara a yellow card for diving instead. 31 minutes into the game, Federico Hanni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Abdelnasser Mezair was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Americo Bastia made a precise shot to the right of Abdelnasser Mezair. Phenomenals FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Reno in the 47th minute of play forced Phenomenals FC's goalkeeper Abdelnasser Mezair to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Manantiales Fc were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steve McManaman to strike the kick off in the second half. Abdelnasser Mezair was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Federico Hanni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Federico Hanni really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Abdelnasser Mezair showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Hanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Americo Bastia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelnasser Mezair having to interfere. Manantiales Fc made a substitution. Saturnino Curcio replaced Tobias Cuarto. Manantiales Fc's Modesto Ignado was substituted for Epifanio Bernaldo. In the 66th minute, Saturnino Curcio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abdelnasser Mezair. The goal made the score 0-4. Abdelnasser Mezair made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Arias in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Modesto Ignado notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Phenomenals FC's Abdelnasser Mezair. Abdelnasser Mezair was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Phenomenals FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Saturnino Curcio 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. 78 minutes into the match, Federico Hanni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdelnasser Mezair. Phenomenals FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Hanni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. A collision led to Phenomenals FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Maïssa Lelouch hit a great ball. Abdelnasser Mezair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Hanni in the 85th minute of play. The Manantiales Fc fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Manantiales Fc's Federico Hanni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 89 minutes of play, Manantiales Fc's Federico Hanni made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdelnasser Mezair was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Federico Hanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Phenomenals FC's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Hanni came free, but Abdelnasser Mezair reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Phenomenals FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manantiales Fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
