Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's Ramiz Ragıp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luis Alberto Islas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. C. A. Independiente's Luis Alberto Islas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Öztürk in the 12th minute of play. Luis Alberto Islas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Öztürk in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's goalkeeper Bartlomiej Kwinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandy Spaulding. Luis Alberto Islas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Öztürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tomasz Dudzik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Alberto Islas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Öztürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Öztürk in the 28th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Luis Alberto Islas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Mehmet Öztürk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luis Alberto Islas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mehmet Öztürk might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Alberto Islas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Öztürk ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute Mehmet Öztürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Alberto Islas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Justin Trujillo in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's Baturalp Sefer. 41 minutes into the game, C. A. Independiente's Sebastián Rambert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bartlomiej Kwinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Öztürk came free, but Luis Alberto Islas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes C. A. Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ramiz Ragıp who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dario Lano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C. A. Independiente's Luis Alberto Islas did a great save. 48 minutes into the game, Pedro Monzón was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Independiente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS the free kick. The supporters of Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS booed when C. A. Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Monzón didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's Ramiz Ragıp in action when he in the 49th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Öztürk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Justin Trujillo made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Flint Prince. Luis Alberto Islas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Öztürk in the 55th minute. Mehmet Öztürk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Alberto Islas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Luis Alberto Islas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Dudzik, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ramiz Ragıp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luis Alberto Islas. C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 67th match minute, C. A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Trujillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th match minute, Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baturalp Sefer to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Baturalp Sefer threw the ball into play from the sideline. C. A. Independiente's Justin Trujillo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 73 minutes into the match, Mehmet Öztürk notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of C. A. Independiente's Luis Alberto Islas. Luis Alberto Islas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76thth minute of the game Mehmet Öztürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Independiente's Luis Alberto Islas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute of the game Gustavo López made a throw-in which Melvin Ruffin played forward. Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's Bartlomiej Kwinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melvin Ruffin in the 83rd minute of play. Mehmet Öztürk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Alberto Islas having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Öztürk came free, but Luis Alberto Islas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Monzón hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Luis Alberto Islas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiz Ragıp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
