ARMENIAN 11's Truman Ochoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Raineri in the 7th minute of play. Talcampeón FC's Viviano Despouy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvester Chang in the 9th minute of play. Christiano Bonilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Truman Ochoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Truman Ochoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés Villaseñor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Viviano Despouy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Sylvester Chang came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the ARMENIAN 11 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sylvester Chang couldn't finish the play. The supporters of ARMENIAN 11 booed when Talcampeón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naelio Marx didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Francisco Maffey's late challenge caught a ARMENIAN 11's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Payten hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Talcampeón FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Raineri. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darryl Cox to make the kick off. With a little luck, ARMENIAN 11's Truman Ochoa got control of the ball when Christiano Bonilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amado Raineri hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of ARMENIAN 11 booed when Talcampeón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Zurita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Talcampeón FC's Naelio Marx got a free kick in the 82nd minute. ARMENIAN 11's Sylvester Chang got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naelio Marx kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Viviano Despouy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gray in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Harry Eason shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viviano Despouy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bernardo Baltazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Viviano Despouy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
